Altitude Trampoline Park is currently seeking an outgoing, experienced individual to fill our position as a Cash/Front Desk Manager.
Job Description:
Responsible for managing cash registers (cashing in tills, cashing out and resetting tills at the end of the night)
Create nightly deposits for cash under the direction of the General Manager
Manager on Duty shifts, delegate tasks to the staff to maintain a clean and safe environment for all guests
Open/Close the park
Assist customers in making birthday party reservations via phone and/or in person
Provide training to new employees and continuous training to existing staff on best practices as well as new policies and procedures
Contribute thoughtful ideas to be a part of the growth and success of Altitude!
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a manager in a fast paced retail environment
Ability to interact with customers and provide excellent customer service
Ablility to work nights/weekends
Outgoing and friendly personality
Be able to manage 20-30 employees per shift and optimize employee work efficiency
