About this job
Candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruiting activities, Liaison with recruiters to ensure timely hiring/placements. Reporting to management on progress of hiring. Work closely with Resource Planning Management on fulfillment of headcount strategy, assist with onboarding of new hires, measure effectiveness of recruitments. Assist with identifying strategic placements that require alternative methods i.e. staffing, campus career day or headhunters.
