About this job
A large and established company is now hiring numerous call center representatives to join their team of the busy holiday season. Candidates must have high volume phone experience and be able to provide excellent customer service.
Candidates must be available from 8am-11pm and able to work flexiable shifts, as well as rotating weekends.
Must have proof of High School Diploma and previous call center experience OR high volume phone experience.
Preferred Background/Experience:
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and willingness to obtain functional knowledge and understanding of company products
Superior telephone etiquette
Excellent listening skills and ability to articulate ideas
Ability to understand and respond clearly to customers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment to improve the delivery of service to internal and external customers
