Production Manager

1.Provide leadership in the achievement of company objectives, goals, strategies, and measurements.
2.Support business operational needs through the development and implementation of manufacturing KPIs which include safety, quality, cost (waste, efficiency, defects), service and people.
3.Engage workforce in implementation/maintaining of lean tools (5S, VSM, OEE, etc.).
4.Consult with engineering and maintenance personnel relative to modification of machines and equipment in order to improve production and quality of products.
5.Plans and directs production activities and establishes production priorities for products in keeping with effective operations and cost factors.
6.Reviews and analyzes production, quality, and operational reports to determine cause of nonconformity with product specifications, and operating or production problems.
7.Develop leadership relationships built on a mutual trust and respect.
8.Develops and implements operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality.
9.Ensure plant sanitation and safety levels meet or exceed regulatory standards.
10.Ensure compliance to all PPE and GMP standards.
11.Develop systems to ensure operating standards are followed.
12.Participate in all local, state, and federal regulatory agency inspections.
