Aerotek has an immediate opening at the corporate office in Hanover, MD.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to position Aerotek to succeed in the market. This position will work closely with field offices and divisional/vertical leadership to deliver the Aerotek value proposition and service offerings to both our clients and potential candidates. The Marketing Manager will execute marketing plans and campaigns across Aerotek's web properties, print, social media, email, events, etc. to attract job applicants and target clients. This position will work closely with Voice of the Customer efforts ensuring messaging is aligned throughout the organization to clients and job seekers. This position requires extensive knowledge of all marketing channels and will partner with marketing channel -focused team members to execute the marketing plans. This position will also monitor segment growth, track marketing channel performance against projections and is responsible for the customer experience within these programs.

Essential Functions:
*Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing plans based on knowledge of industry verticals, organizational objectives, market characteristics, and revenue goals
*Manages lead generation and nurturing programs, developing strategic plans to generate client and job-seeker leads
*Prepares an annual budget for internal divisions and service offerings; analyzes prior year results to make recommendations on current and future marketing strategies
*Manage suite of marketing efforts multiple different internal divisions and offerings
*Continuously monitor and report on the marketing plan's achievements on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
*Evaluate market research and conduct competitive strategic analysis to forecast industry change and determine investment
*Work with digital marketing team to create and execute successful online SEO, PPC, landing pages, and other lead generation strategies
*Plan and project manage campaigns from concept to execution to include managing all timetables, vendors, internal resources, deadlines and budgets
*Collaborate with internal and external teams to create content, articles, case studies, Infographic, videos, etc.
*Ensure brand integrity is maintained and develop brand imagery and messaging in line with value proposition
*Drive brand recognition, awareness and consistency across external communication channels
*Ensure consistent global experience's and implement appropriate localization strategies
*Represent the brand at industry events as needed

Minimum Education/ Abilities/Skills:
*Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as marketing, advertising, or communications
*Agency or related staffing industry background is preferred
*Minimum of 7 years related work experience
*Excellent communication skills, both writing and verbal are essential
*Thorough understanding of branding principles and tactics
*Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
*Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multi task and set priorities within tight timelines
*Previous personnel management
