CSR (Customer Service Representative)
Job Purpose:
The CSR is the first point of contact for customers as well as other team members, vendors, management and others contacting our company. The CSR is also responsible for managing the critical information from customers, team members, vendors, management and others contacting our company that is used to operate the business in a professional and efficient manner.
Duties:
Handling of all incoming calls to Aire Serv in a timely manner. Must be professional, respectful and courteous to all callers and determine the purpose of each call. Each caller must be guided through the process using approved Aire Serv scripting.
Responsible for obtaining all necessary information for each call for service, maintenance, installations or any other requests from customers and team members.
Dispatch and maintain work flow - avoiding bottlenecks by using Aire Serv systems and procedures to continually improve performance of duties.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending relevant Systems Training in Waco, Tx and by attending online webinars.
Use Z-ware (Aire Serv online scheduler/accounting program) have knowledge of QuickBooks and properly follow established Aire Serv systems and procedures to ensure proper entry and management of critical customer and accounting data.
Make outbound calls to communicate with customers and team members as needed.
