Job overview
Line cook is responsible for: preparation of food "to order" for the hotel restaurant; ensures consistent quality; and follows IHR's Standard Operating Procedures and Food Safety procedures.
Requirements
- Must be detail oriented, work well in a team environment, and enjoy serving customers in a positive, friendly and courteous manner.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years culinary experience in a hotel setting.
- Able to present hot & cold foods.
- Have good knife skills
- Able to maintain a clean and organize work area.
- Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
