Primary Responsibilities:


  • Partner with Project Management teams to identify, test, and implement requirements for successful go-live initiatives, perform root cause analysis post implementation and support remediation activities

  • Participate in cross functional meetings for miscellaneous project initiatives: review requirements, define requirements, trouble shoot challenges during development, conduct UAT testing to confirm requirements have been satisfied.

  • Support multiple work-plans to completion ensuring accuracy of deliverables.

  • Provide oversight for end to end process and resources assigned

  • Escalate remediation efforts to appropriate teams to secure resolution

  • Manage various aspects of projects to implement change, secure commitment from cross functional work teams to meet deliverable requirements

  • Develop task plans and distribute workload to appropriate team members

  • Participate in project work groups that include impact to global claims operations

  • Interface with Readiness work group to understand implications of CMS regulations changes and the impact to claims operations.

  • Operational Analysis

  • Cost benefit analysis

  • Strong communication skills: verbal and written.

Requirements


Requirements:


  • HS Diploma or GED

  • Experience working in teams with end to end process analysis

  • Excellent business writing skills

  • Extensive medical claim processing experience

  • Strong knowledge of PC programs (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • Experience in a leadership position

  • Exemplary interpersonal and motivational skills at an individual and team level

  • Ability to provide extraordinary customer service

  • Collaborative team player with a proven track record of  influencing action and resolution

  • Effective time manager, with ability to adapt to urgent changes

  • Highly analytical with ability to navigate various complex tables using technical documentation

  • Working knowledge of transaction systems, including, but not limited to, Cosmos

  • Strong organizational skills
