Positions in this function include more traditional executive administrative/clerical support roles including: answering the telephone, typing/word processing of documents, maintaining calendars and setting up meetings, making travel arrangements, copying, faxing, greeting visitors, setting up files, tracking expenses, and coordinating building and equipment maintenance.
Relationship building.
Effectively communicate at all levels.
Extensive work experience, possibly in multiple functions.
Work does not usually require established procedures.
Works independently.
Acts as a resource for others.
Coordinates activities and events.
Project coordination and management.
Business Service Liaison (BSL) responsibilities.
Requirements
High School diploma or GED required.
5+ years of administrative support experience.
1+ year of experience supporting multiple executives within a fast-paced environment.
Advanced proficiency within Microsoft Office - Outlook, Powerpoint and Word.
Advaned proficiency with Excel preferred.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
Tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to respect confidential information
Experience arranging WebEx virtual meetings and teleconferences.
Experience coordinating large meetings and conferences for senior leadership.
Experience on-boarding new employees (BSL responsibilities).
