Provide high-level, executive support within Optum Relationship Office, in a manner consistent with the highest levels of performance and professionalism. This includes, but is not limited to, answering phones, typing/word processing of documents, maintaining calendars and setting up meetings, making travel arrangements, expense reporting, copying, faxing, greeting visitors, setting up files and tracking and processing expenses. This position may assist the department as a Business Segment Liaison, which holds a key position in assisting with the employee onboarding process and general ongoing support.

Handle highly confidential information discretely.
• Interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Answer incoming calls and facilitate handling of requests for information.
• Evaluate calls in terms of importance and use independent judgment to take action.
• Maintain calendars and set up meetings
• Make travel arrangements and track and process expenses
• Prepare and distribute reports, as requested
• Work effectively as an integral member of a team.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Requirements

High School Diploma, college coursework preferred. 
3+ years of experience in administrative support, preferrably support of senior executives.
Advanced level of proficiency within MS Office Outlook, Word and PowerPoint. 
Experience working within a fast-paced environment.
