Position Description:


Our
dynamic Preferred Care Partners Medical Group in South Florida has a terrific
opportunity for a bilingual (fluent in both English and Spanish) Administrative Assistant.

 You will be supporting Preferred Care Partners Medical Group in the
Miami office.


Positions in this function include more traditional administrative/clerical support roles including: answering the telephone, typing/word processing of documents, maintaining calendars and setting up meetings, making travel arrangements, copying, faxing, greeting visitors, setting up files, tracking expenses, and coordinating building and equipment maintenance. At senior levels, function may include supervision of other clerical/administrative staff.

    to manage doctors and patients expectations, exemplary communication
    skills, ability to filter a vast amount of information and determine
    appropriate actions, good judgment, strong interpersonal and
    organizational skills, ability to operate standard office equipment.

  • Team player, flexible and eager to learn, adapts well to changes is able to handle stressful situations.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required

  • 1+ year of experience working within a professional business environment within a customer service or related role

  • 1+ year of administrative, receptionist or clerical experience 

  • Current
    experience with Microsoft Office computer software programs to include
    word processing, spreadsheets, and creating basic decks required.
     (Basic, daily utilization of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish

  • Healthcare industry experience is required

  • Must
    be available to work 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday and
    flexibility to work some weekend is required. Over-time is a
    possibility.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Stronger Microsoft Excel to create reports (pivot tables)

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize projects in a multi-task environment required

  • Team oriented with excellent customer service skills
