Job Location: Melrose, MA and surrounding communities

We are looking for caring and compassionate Certified Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants are needed to help our growing client base.  We are seeking loving professionals to help our clients in a number of ways:

• • Dressing and grooming assistance
• • Showering and bathing or assisting with incontinence issues
• • Transfers in/out of wheelchair /bed
• • Transportation to/from medical appointments
• • Shopping and errands
• • Meal preparation and clean up
• • Provide support for clients with memory impairment
• • Light housekeeping and laundry
• • Medication reminders
• • Provide emotional support and companionship

 

Responsibilities

• Maintaining an attitude of caring, consideration and personal interest in each client you serve
• Communicating client needs with the home office  
• Updating all certificates, licenses and documents as requested
• Accepting and completing all training
• Completing all assignments required by the client
• Reporting hours according to office policy

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate/License
• Ability to lift, push or pull 25 pounds
• Adaptable to various living environments
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Solid professional and personal references
• Ability to pass a preemployment drug screen and  posses a suitable CORI
