The Store Operations Associate is the number one position in delivering operational excellence in the store environment. The Store Operations Associate exemplifies the How We Play spirit by doing it the right way and delivering results with a count on me attitude. Requires competency in organization, time management, strategic thinking, self-motivation, results focus, and attention to details.
  • Support team members by completing store operations such as assisting with physical inventory counts, keeping inventory storage clean and organized so that product can be found quickly and easily. Receive all incoming shipments, unpack received orders and place product in correct location either on the sales floor or in the inventory room. Process all shipments out to return centers on required days and process additional shipments to stores and return centers throughout the week as needed. Keep all inventory paper records required for store audits. Assist with merchandising updates. Prepare demo phones for display on the sales floor. Provide feedback to store manager on gaps in processes and areas of store opportunity. Celebrate individual achievements and team successes. Stay current on T-Mobiles web based resource and instructor led trainings.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, organized store environment at all times. Adhere to T-Mobiles Code of Conduct, Dress Code and T-Mobile Values. Understand the purpose of the Employee Handbook. Assist in setting-up, refreshing and clearing the stores visual displays and interactive devices. Know and use the store systems to support store operations, including but not limited to SAP; know where and how to get support when needed. Take personal responsibility for staying current on all store communications and asking follow-up questions as needed. Increase personal proficiency at store operations tasks; Deliver operational results based on key performance indicators.

    *Basic computer skills *Excellent communication including written and verbal skills *High School Diploma/GED.
