This Position Is Located At T-Mobile's Corporate Offices in Bellevue, WANOTE: THIS IS NOT A SALES, SALES MARKETING OR ADVERTISING ROLE. This is a Back-end technical and strategic position within the CRM Marketing team. This position is responsible to implement all CRM Direct Marketing Campaigns. This includes Direct Mail, Email, SMS, Outbound calling (OBC), Inbound calling (IBC), and on device campaigns. Ensure customer selections and testing strategy aligns with each specific marketing project as well as with overall company strategy. Use model scores and other data to accurately communicate to each customer at the right time, using the right channel, offering the right product, at the right price. Provide consultation and recommendations to Campaign Managers on how best to strategically improve Marketing Campaigns to drive company sales and profit.
  • Select proper customers for Direct Marketing Campaigns in both customer Growth and Retention areas
  • Use both SAS-MA GUI tool and SAP CRM tools to build and maintain campaign diagrams that select desired customer groups for each campaign
  • Optimize company sales and profits by offering the right product, to the right customer, at the right time, using the right channel, with the right incentive.
  • Select customers for Email, SMS, Outbound calling (OBC), Inbound calling (IBC), on device, and Direct Mail direct marketing campaigns.
  • Understand customer and transaction data to a level that enables you to convert Marketing Briefs into executable Direct Marketing selections
  • Executes A/B test splits that enable incremental lift analysis to be analyzed on every DM campaign.
  • Re-use historical campaigns diagrams and adjust them to fit new circumstances
  • Build new campaign selection diagrams to select exactly the customer groups desired
  • Optimize with-in and across marketing campaign selections to maximize efficiencies and minimize effort
  • Built recurring campaigns such as New Customer Welcome campaigns
  • Supports campaign managers with processing manual data base requests to meet special data requirements for campaigns.
  • Also responsible for other duties / projects as assigned by business management as needed.


Required
  • 4+ years work experience in CRM
  • Understanding of Direct Marketing objectives and needs
  • Data management skills with understanding of Customer/Product/Offer relationships in CRM systems
  • Experience with customer segmentation
  • Disciplined, analytical but creative thinker and problem solver
  • Strong attention to detail, strong ability to complete work under pressure on tight deadlines, logical thinking, curious, self motivated.
Desired Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience with managing and improving the execution of customer retention, cross-sell, and up-sell functions in CRM in comparable industries
  • Experience with SAS Customer Intelligence Suite or SAS Marketing Automation (SAS-MA) tool
  • Experience using a major CRM automation tool: Unica, Chordiant, Talisma, Epiphany or similar
Education:
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Masters Degree a plus
