We have a unique opportunity in Denver for a business development professional that is passionate about finding and attracting top talent.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Development of an effective recruitment strategy that supports Wendy's growth and re-imaging.
  • Identify and implement creative, innovative and multiple approaches to proactively recruit high quality talent.
  • Manage the communication process with operations managers, candidates and external resource contacts.

Education / Experience:

  • 2+ years of human resources generalist experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • In depth knowledge of Human Resources disciplines including recruiting/sourcing techniques
  • General understanding of legal principles (including employment laws). Strong communication, organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills.
  • Working towards a degree in Human Resources, or specific training and education related to Human Resources is preferred.
  • Microsoft Office experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
