CORESTAFF Services is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant/Marketing Coordinator for our client a Real Estate Brokerage company with a Scottsdale, AZ. location. Responsibilities will include managment of a databased Ad system, Ad proofing, agent billing and reconciliaton, vendor check request and logs for budget tracking, office PR, Marketing utilizing internet and social media
- Working knowledge of Photoshop
- Proficient with all Microsoft office Programs
- Marketing/Advertising experience
- Experience posting to social networking websites
- Ability to mulitask and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
