CORESTAFF Services is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant/Marketing Coordinator for our client a Real Estate Brokerage company with a Scottsdale, AZ. location. Responsibilities will include managment of a databased Ad system, Ad proofing, agent billing and reconciliaton, vendor check request and logs for budget tracking, office PR, Marketing utilizing internet and social media
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop
  • Proficient with all Microsoft office Programs
  • Marketing/Advertising experience
  • Experience posting to social networking websites
  • Ability to mulitask and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
