A warehousing company in Cincinnati, OH is looking for qualified Customer Service professionals to join their team. This is a contract-to hire position paying $11.74/hr ($12.15/hr after the contract is up) and offering 2nd shift hours.
Job duties:
- process and update customer orders and resolve discrepencies as needed.
- coordinate and updte warehouse employees regarding new/modified customer orders.
- review shipping/receiving reports to ensure on-time deliveries.
- assist drivers as they come in.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of one year in customer service. This is in-person customer service, so experience with that is preferred over call center. This position also requires that people be comfortable spending a good portion of the day on their feed assisting customers.
