Customer Service Rep.

- Representatives are responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls in a structured call center environment from existing "members" (customers), most of which are elderly people, answering questions they have regarding their prescription medication
- Typical responsibilities handled in each call would include: placing new orders, placing re-fill orders, answering concerns regarding their co-pay being too high, credit card disputes (i.e. customer may see what they think are too many charges for their prescription - rep will take them through their account and billing information), address changes/updates and internal customer service - speaking with pharmacist and RTL (person who handles escalated calls).
- Representatives toggle between 4 - 5 different internal databases and screens to accurately service calls while building rapport and handling data entry on the call with the members.
- Perform data entry and use software programs
- Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
- Must document all calls and evaluate each account to determine if further research is necessary.

Aplicants must have open availability as potential shifts will be 11AM-10PM Sun-Sat.
