About this job
Loan servicing company looking for customer service reps capable of cloasing small scale loans. Must have experience in loan servining, finance or banking. Will be fielding a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. Call center or customer service experience is required.
Resposibilites & Requirements:
- Inbound/Outbound calls ranging from 25-30 min in length
- Close small scale loans ranging from $100 - $1,000
- Verify client and customer information over the phone
- Knowledge of Finance, General Percentages, and Banking
This position is paying $12/hr + commission (based off of performance)
