About this job

Qualified candidates must have 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment. Candidates must be proficient with the entirety of Microsoft Office Suite. Previous work experience in Property Management or Community Association companies is a plus.

A qualified candidate must be well versed in all administrative functions and also be willing and flexible to take on any new tasks as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Good communications skills.
  • Basic administrative skills: use personal computer, telephone, recordkeeping, word processing, copying, faxing, e-mail and any other form of communication.
  • Able to communicate orally and in writing with all.
  • Able to maintain a positive, cordial, and business like relationship with all.
  • Able to perform basic administrative tasks for a community association.
  • Able to work without supervision during certain times.
  • Able to work cooperatively with other staff members.
  • Able to work in a safe manner and make good business decisions on behalf of the company.
  • Be able to handle unexpected and emergency situations should they arise.
  • Be able to maintain schedules and calendars.
