JOB DESCRIPTION:
Customer Service Representative in an office cubical setting (not a call center setting)
Hours- 8:00am-5:00pm and 10:00am-7:00pm Monday - Friday

QUALIFICATIONS:
-MUST HAVE ASSOCIATES OR BACHELORS DEGREE
-Ability to operate simple office equipment sufficiently to perform the job. Ability to compose correspondence.
-Ability to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products, services and to handle and resolve complaints.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Monitors and assigns work to Customer Service Representatives, while if need be, filling in for a Customer Service rep.
2. Trains and assists in the solution of problems with customers.
3. Receives customers' requests by telephone or mail, analyzes requests, provides information requested or ascertains who best can provide the information, and routes the request to the proper person.
4. Analyzes transactions, corrects records, and adjusts errors.
5. Traces status of orders through Production.
6. Resolves customer questions related to orders, takes orders as needed.
7. Maintains liaison with other departments for order completion.
8. Writes up order, mails catalog, samples, price quotations, and similar data to customer, as required.
9. Responds to customers' requests via telephone or email
10. Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
11. Ability to type grammatically correct emails
12. Able to listen and resolve conflict logically with customers
13. Contact customers to confirm order specifications and explain any underlying variables overlooked on application.
14. Ability to learn and comprehend knowledge of product line, prices, delivery time, drop ship items, various marketing promotional services, and similar data, as required.
15. Processes Q Motion outside sales reps orders and courtesy sales originating through mail.
16. Prepares and forwards preliminary paperwork to Returns and Replacements on problem orders
