The Technology Support Group Technician provides support activities in an assigned area. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requires knowledge of systems architecture and emerging technologies, strong oral and written communication, planning, organization, decision making, problem solving, accountability, initiative, analysis and judgment skills.
§ Ability to troubleshoot computer hardware and software
§ Assist users to resolve computer related problems
§ An understanding of computer networks
§ Self-directed and motivated
§ Desire to work full-time and willingness to accept non-day shifts
§ A+ Certification (Additionally, Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not necessarily required)
