High Value Associate - Full-time / Part-time

The ideal candidate for a High Value Associate will have six months to one year experience in a fast-paced office environment.  The candidate will have an understanding of general office procedures. Additionally, the candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively, solve intermediate level problems, retrieve information and time management skills.

The Hub Associate may be responsible for: 

• General duties, i.e. auditing high value claim shippers
• Locate high value packages in the center or hub and ensure proper handling
• Contact destination hubs or centers to notify them of the status of high value packages
• Perform loss prevention activities related to center or operation physical security
• Basic data entry and retrieval of information with limited software knowledge

 Qualifications:   

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required
• A minimum of six-months office support experience is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under supervision with a high attention to detail
• Effective oral/written communication, problem solving, basic research, and time management skills
• Some knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
