In this position, you will monitor task lists and answer the telephones. You will use CareOne to go through multiple task lists and answer calls from and address all issues and concerns from Members, Caregivers, and Providers. You will receive calls from Caregivers to try and reach their Case Managers. You will also receive calls from Providers regarding Plan of Care reports and fax information. Via email, you will receive reports that must be addressed the same day. It is your responsibility to pull up who is in charge of the case listed in the report by looking into the Members' Electronic Medical Records. In all of these tasks, you will be interacting with and supporting the Clinical staff. This is a metrics-based environment. You will also handle other projects and tasks, as assigned. This role supports the New Jersey Developmental Disabilities program.

This is a Telecommute position within the State of New Jersey.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Ability to Telecommute within the State of New Jersey.
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience.
  • 1+ year of experience in an Office environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform the job duties.
  • 1+ year of experience working on multiple tasks at the same time in a professional setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate within a Windows environment and utilize Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Experience in an Administrative or Clerical role.
  • Experience working independently on professional projects.
  • Bilingual fluency in English & any language.
