Primary
Responsibilities:
- Provide Sales support for New Business and
Pre-sales activity. - Possess expertise in all major and secondary
tasks, including: - Frequent interaction with external Brokers
&/or agencies; - Troubleshooting and training functions
associated with job-related tasks. - New Business Analysis:
- Scrub all New Quote requests for missing
information; - Communicate/obtain missing information to
Brokers; - Analyze case information and perform initial
Field Underwriting on certain sized cases, as appropriate; - Update Sales Tracking systems with case
information during Pre-sale process, as defined; - Generate proposals for Medical and Ancillary
products; - Email proposals to agents.
- Projects, as
assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 3+ years of experience working with Keyboarding and Data Entry.
- 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, including tracking,
sorting, reporting, document creation, and communication.

- Demonstrate Customer Service skills in a
professional business environment. - Process- and
operational-oriented. - Systems-oriented.
- Results-focused, organized, and analytical
thinker. - Extremely detail-oriented.
- Ability to organize and prioritize
work. - Ability to work both independently and in a
team environment. - Ability to handle high-stress situations and tight
deadlines.
