Description: We currently have an opening in our Internal Audit Department and are seeking candidates for a Regional Audit Supervisor. Responsibilities: Recruit, manage, train, and mentor a team of operational auditors Produce weekly report of audit activities, findings and remediations Conduct audit investigations as necessary Lead and participate in special projects as assigned Conduct periodic audit training classes Four-year degree preferred (business discipline preferred), 25-30% nationwide travel, strong verbal and written communication skills, keen attention to detail, strong analytical and problem solving skills, deadline driven, proven track record of leadership in team situations, and command of Microsoft Excel and Word. Work with store, regional and divisional management to resolve issues Qualifications: Bachelor Degree (preferably in a business discipline) CIA or CFE preferred Ability to perform 30% nationwide travel Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills Serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals and deadlines Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of management Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Working knowledge of Microsoft Access and SQL preferred Possess a valid passport or obtain one within 90 days of hire Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background check, driving record check, credit check and pre-employment drug screen.
