-cold call/warm call current/former customers
-enter orders, follow up with customers, handle any discrepancies, and shipping deliveries
-Process customer transactions, communicate pricing, lead times and delivery dates as necessary
-Negotiating on pricing, providing quotes
-Assist in reducing past due and premium freight costs
-Complete billing process daily
Required:
HS Diploma
Minimum 2 years experience in sales/cold calling
