We are currently seeking candidates for Warehouse/Production Associate positions with a company located in Burlington, NJ.  This company is a warehouse/distribution center for a large nationally known clothing retailer.  Employees will be responsible for performing duties to assist with daily warehouse functions.  Openings are on first and second shift with possible overtime and weekends.  Starting pay rate is $7.50 to $11.00 (depending on shift) per hour.  These are temporary to hire opportunities.  Employees are immediately eligible for benefits with Spartan Staffing

Job Description:

• 1st shift – 7:30am to 3:45pm
• 2nd shift – 4:00pm to 12:30am
• 3rd shift – 11:30pm to 7:30am

Job Duties:

• Material Handlers – Loads, unloads and moves materials within the warehouse, performing any combination of the following duties:  reads work order or follows oral instructions to determine materials or containers to be moved.  Must be able to operate a stand up reach truck and sit down forklift
• Pickers – pull inventory and package in a fast paced, high volume environment from printed pick lists
• General Warehouse – assisting warehouse/distribution center with daily activities by loading and unloading trucks and assisting with special packaging

Job Requirements:

Qualified candidates must:

• Be able to stand for an 8 hour shift
• Be able to lift 40 lbs
• Have good dexterity and hand/eye coordination
• Have previous warehouse experience – prior inventory experience is a plus
• Be able to perform tasks in a faced paced environment
