Machine Maintenance Supervisor - Full-time

Supervise a work force of approximately 10 people involving a 24/7 work week. Maintain equipment in the molding area including but not limited to: Injection Molding Machines, auxiliary equipment, conveyors, granulators, material drying bins, robots, feed lines, water lines. Follow a Preventative Maintenance schedule as outlined by OEM’s. Keep an inventory of the most commonly used spare parts, reorder parts as necessary, be in contact with vendors, communicate well with superiors and subordinates alike. Express the corporate vision of Continuous Improvement to your assigned group and keep it at the forefront. And perform all other tasks assigned to you from management.

Job Requirements

Able to manage multiple projects. Work with other disciplines as needed (production, mach shop, HR, etc). Troubleshoot electrical circuitry. Knowledge of PLC’s, plumbing, pneumatics, and hydraulics are essential. Supervisory experience is essential. Possess problem solving skills. Knowledge of manufacturing procedures. Perhaps the most important is the ability to interact with a varied array of personalities. Familiarity of ISO quality guidelines is beneficial.

Must be able to work 2nd and 3rd shift as needed.
