Job Description:

  • Facilitate the Distribution Center training programs to include compliance, safety and new hire training for exempt, non-exempt full time, part time and seasonal associates. Maintain accurate records to track training progress and completion.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • New Hire Orientation
  • Conduct New Hire Orientations for FT/PT and Seasonal Associates
  • Coordinate the new hire paperwork and processes across multiple shifts
  • Follow-up on new hires to ensure first 90 days are a positive experience

Training Facilitation:

  • Provide initial operations training to non-exempt associates
  • Conduct follow-up to ensure training content has been delivered
  • Maintain accurate records of training and cross-training records
  • Coordinate with Operations Partners to ensure training standards are upheld

Coordinate Training Plan for Peak Business Period:

  • Partner with Operations to adjust training schedules as needed for Volume
  • Coordinate with Temp. Agencies and partners to provide base training for temporary associate base

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years communication experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with one-on-one, written and large group facilitation
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous experience training adults at various levels in an organization

Special Requirements:

  • May need to demonstrate proper training practices on distribution equipment
