Role Mandate
Professionalism, knowledge of merchandise/trends and commitment to customer service are essential qualities for a successful Personal Fashion Advisor Lead. The PFA Lead must be a highly energetic and motivated sales talent who enjoys promoting advance contemporary fashions while thriving in a couture sales environment. He or she genuinely builds lasting relationships with customers, showcases and educates customers on the vision of the emerging designers, suggest merchandise and invite customers back for upcoming events and new designer collections. The PFA lead will also lead a team a PFAs to meet sales and clientele expectations.
Responsibilities:
* Generate sales by determining customer's needs and have an intimate understanding of designer's vision and trends.
* Develop and maintain own clientele. Have strong people skills and be comfortable building client relationships
* Develop product knowledge by learning the merchandise features, advantages and benefits
* Open new charge accounts and capture customer email.
* Maintain floor standards including replenishment and presentation as well as the general appearance and cleanliness of department
* Understand all systems and procedures relating to sales and credit transactions.
* Be able to work well in a team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
* Prior commission selling experience is preferred
* Thorough knowledge of fashion and current fashion trends.
* Engaging personality
