LTD Commodities LLC is currently seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist for the Aurora location. This position is responsible for the general operation of the front desk and reception area .The main focus is to provide excellent customer service to all internal customers (employees, supervisors, and managers) as well as external customers (applicants, vendors, family members of employees, and visitors) both face-to-face and over the phone.
Responsibilities:
*Provide support and customer service to all employees and/or visitors on inquiries and refers them to the proper individual(s) needed to provide assistance.
* Answer the front desk phones in a professional and courteous manner and directs calls to the appropriate individual(s) as necessary.
*Responsible for checking voice mails frequently and informing supervisors/managers of absences.
*Maintain a daily-log (hard copy) of employee call-ins/absences
*Sign in all visitors, issues a visitors badge and logs visitor activity on the "Visitors List" including time-in, time-out and badge number
*Prepares a "Visitors List" every day for the following day based on information forwarded from management/supervisors. A current list must be readily available in front office at all times
*Support the recruitment team with processing of applicants and new hires.
*Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
*High School Diploma or equivalent
*1-2 years customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience.
Bilingual fluent English/Spanish required (speaking, reading, writing).
*Computer skills required, especially in Microsoft Office.
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
*Positive attitude, with the ability to work independently and with a team.
Hours: 1:00pm-7:00 pm. Some Saturdays may be required as needed.
