Successful family is currently interviewing for a Personal Assistant/House Manager position. This individual will manage all personal business and day to day operations of the family s homes.
Salary: $50,000-75,000 + 100% paid benefits
Location: Houston, Greenway Plaza Area
Responsibilities:
Travel planning and arrangements
Manage family calendars
Manage four houses - coordinator of all maintenance services including pool/spa, landscaping, all utilities, security system
Exterior maintenance coordination
Coordinate with event planner/vendors for large events
Personal shopping and errands
Bidding/reviewing contracts
Managing vendors
Pay bills/balance check books
Management of household cleaning staff
Requirements:
Must have valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
Operate with a high sense of confidentiality
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Intermediate computer skills
Ability to be on call 24/7
Individual must have a mature personality and polished appearance
