Gun Distribution warehouse is looking for Customer Service Representative/Warehouse Associates
MUST BE ABLE TO LEGALLY OWN A FIREARM TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION
Customer Service Representative/Warehouse Associate Job Duties:
- Support customers through answering product and service questions
- Order Pulling
- Shipping/Receiving-Experience with UPS/FedEx a plus
- Electric/Manual Pallet Jack
- Maintains customer order by updating order status and tracking information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Relay customer feedback to management to ensure customer needs are met and quality control is maintained.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience
- Basic computer skills: Web Browsing and Word Processing,
- Firearms Product Knowledge and/or Military Background are a plus
- Quality Focus
- Excellent Problem Solving, Listening, Resolution Conflict and Phone Skills
- Analyzing Information
