FreightCar Services
Freightcar Services is seeking welders to start working immediately.
Must have basic welding skills to be considered for a position in this UAW shop.
Candidate must be able to perform welding processes in the assembly/repair of railcars. Test will be given by a FreightCar welding technician. Candidate may also be required to work as an assembler as dictated by the car type.
$14.45/hr. for welders successfully passing a certified weld test and $12.18/hr. for welders who perform a positive weld evaluation. Guaranteed wage increases available annually per the union contract. A full benefit package is available including medical insurance and 401K.
Must be able to work any shift, weekends and overtime as required. Must have a good work ethic and attitude.
