Hale and Hearty WANTS TO MEET YOU!!  We will be in Boston on Saturday 11/1/14 and Saturday 11/15/14 at a table in Downtown Crossing (Summer Street bet Washing and Hawley, in front of Macy’s) and would love to see you!!

Who is Hale and Hearty? We are NYC's premier fast casual lunch spot featuring the BEST soups (all made from scratch!), creative sandwiches, and tossed to order salads. We currently operate 31 locations in NYC, and are very excited to open in Boston! We are looking for energetic, friendly, and enthusiastic members to join our team. As we continue to grow our company, we will actively recruit individuals who are committed to excellence in people, food and service.

Where is Hale and Hearty? Our 1st location in Boston is in the heart of the Financial District, 185 Franklin Street. There will be additional store openings in 2015. With our plan for growth and expansion, opportunity for advancement is available.

Restaurant Prep Cook/Server

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• preparation of salad ingredients (lettuce, vegetables) and sandwiches prior to the start of lunch business
• completing all prep accurately, neatly, and in a timely fashion
• reading and following Hale and Hearty recipes
• working in a very intense, fast-paced environment
• following proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards
• maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Serving our guests their choice in soup, salad, sandwiches
• Providing EXCELLENT guest service

The ideal candidate should be:

• comfortable using a knife
• energetic and have a great sense of urgency
• outgoing, friendly and personable
