Job Description 

This position will include duties as follows:

• Prepare tables, action stations, buffets, service carts, dessert table/carts, and cordial carts
• Communication additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen
• Ensure courses are cleared and tables are properly crumbed. Respond to and try to fulfill any special banquet event arrangements
• Replenish buffet items to ensure consistency and freshness in presentation. Monitor tableware to ensure it is presentable to guests
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned station and service areas
• Bus tables by removing and separating tableware, plateware, glassware, and flatware. Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures: report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager, complete safety training, and certifications
• Ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests and thank guests with genuine appreciation
• Speak with others using clear and professional language.
• Support team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age (may be 18 in some states)
• Previous banquet experience in service and set up
• Serving Alcohol Responsibly (SAR) Training preferred
• Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and  service ware preferred
• Highest commitment to customer service and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Well groomed, professional appearance

Pay Rate:  $7.25-$8.00 per hour

Shift /Hours: Varies based upon Event
