The ideal candidate will have the ability to motivate co-workers, manage time well, delegate task, be results oriented, and a good trainer.
We need someone that knows how to manage inventory, follow systems, procedures, and all food safety guidelines.
Having excellent customer service skills is a must! We like to have fun but work hard so if you don't have a lot of energy and don't like to smile while you are working than this is not the job for you.
We are also very honest so if you are not, you won't last long here. Knowing how to control food cost and labor cost is a plus. If you have what it takes to be a leader on our team, please apply as soon as possible because we are ready to hire you.
