Jersey Mike's Subs continues to grow in Southern California. We are looking for quality career minded candidates with active and attractive personalities to join our team.
We are looking for Managers/Supervisors / Key Holders. Candidates should ideally come from a quick serve / food service background with the ability to lead teams through positive coaching and mentoring. Your urgency must be on point, with the ability to have a 360 degree view of the operation at all times. Candidates must have knowledge of proper restaurant sanitation with food and labor cost experience being a plus. If you are a sharp cookie and gravitate to our business you will be invited to our management training program and ultimately take part in our incentive programs. Many of our managers go on to become franchisees and managing partners within our company.
We are serious about our customer service as being neighborhood friendly is our culture.
