Heartland of Centerville is a 140-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in the heart of Centerville (on the corner of Clyo Road and E. Alex-Bell/725). We have current, IMMEDIATE openings for STNAs. All positions are FULL-TIME, which include excellent benefits, including medical, dental, sick and vacation pay, differential for both weekdays AND weekends. All positions require every other weekend and holidays. As an STNA, you are responsible for the everyday care of our residents. Qualified applicants MUST be state tested and in good standing on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry. Candidates will be required to submit to a criminal background check and pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical upon offer of employment.
