Home Helpers is currently hiring … C.N.A. / Lead Caregiver

As our C.N.A. / Lead Caregiver you will be directly supervised by an RN as a member of a Client Care Team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands on client care (ADLs).

• Act as mentor for caregivers, assisting with training and development.

• Provide professional client support, acting as a liason between clients, caregivers and management.

• Assist with administrative field support tasks, including distribution of supplies and client care documents.

• Work with management to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

• Effectively communicate and document all information as it relates to our business.

• Must be a self-starter who is able to manage time wisely.

• Must be flexible and adaptable to daily changes in your schedule.

Requirements:

• Must have C.N.A. or LPN with a minimum of 3 years SNF experience, preferred.

• Must have own transportation, auto insurance and satisfactory driving record. Also must be willing to transport others in your vehicle.

• Must meet state licensure requirements for background checks, references, PPD testing .

• Must adhere to substance abuse testing requirements.

• Must be proficient in the use of PC, email, smart phone technology.
