We will be interviewing for the following hourly store positions at our Hiring Event:
Customer Experience Coordinator

• Ensure front line associates provide prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to all customers


• Resolve customer service issues appropriately and competently


• Ensure operational controls at the front line

Merchandise Coordinator

• Provide exceptional customer service


• Flow goods from backroom to sales floor


• Use your creativity to visually merchandise department(s)

Backroom Coordinator

• Oversee the backroom of a store


• Supervise and train associates on receiving and processing merchandise


• Ensure the backroom area is always organized and ready to receive and flow good

Cash Office Coordinator Part- time

• Use your cash handling experience to ensure our registers are balanced, deposits are made and various paperwork and audits are completed with accuracy

Merchandise Associates Part-time

• Provide prompt courteous and knowledgeable service to all customers


• Help with merchandising and feature presentation on the sales floor


• Ensure accurate cash register procedures in accordance with company guidelines and policies


• Process new merchandise according to company procedures

Requirements

• Some positions require previous experience in Retail leadership roles


• Desire to pursue a career in Retail Management


• Excellent customer service skills


• Ability to take initiative


• Creative, enthusiastic, energetic, and flexible
