Wholesale Contracts Administrator
Job Summary:
Responsible for preparation and verification of contracts and associated paperwork to prepare a complete contract package. Maintains and retrieves contract documents as needed. Checks submitted documents for completeness and compliance with federal or state regulations and company policy. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Handle a wide variety of contractual matters, associated correspondence and database administration. Work independently under the general direction of Procurement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain contracts administration for Wholesale Markets supporting all regions.
• Ensure contracts meet standard requirements in accordance with documented quality process.
• Confirm and verify Credit disposition is in order including receipt of prepayment, LOC, and deposits.
• Coordinate and complete any edits to standard contracts.
• Prepare Customer specific Master Service Agreements and amendments.
• Facilitate notices as required in accordance with Agreement.
• Track and report contract activity to the Wholesale team utilizing MS Excel.
• Maintain Contract files and organization.
• Research and validate pertinent data related to customer contracts.
• Other tasks include letters, correspondence, distribution, filing, and any other special tasks or departmental projects that may arise.
Minimum Requirements:
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail essential.
• Ability to work independently, manage multi-tasking and prioritization.
• Extensive knowledge of MS Word is required.
• Must have thorough knowledge of Windows, and MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to adapt to the use of different systems for querying of information from billing and network reporting systems.
• Associates degree or equivalent work experience in related area with minimum 2 years in general administrative.
• Prior contract experience in Telecom is nice have.
Education: Associate Degree with a High School Diploma
Experience: 5 years technical experience with 4 years directly related to the job; or 9+ years of technical experience.
