Job Summary

Provide and create a customer experience that exceeds expectations through positive public relations while preserving safety and order and protecting the property. Verify identification of all customers entering the building. Monitor and maintain building safety, fire codes, and the safety of customers and employees. Assist with emergency procedures, including evacuating guests. Produce detailed report documentation of all incidents relating to the property, customers, and employees. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the property.

Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manage. Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries. Complete required safety and security training. Display clean and professional uniform and personal appearance. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests; anticipate and address guest service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other associates. Adhere to quality expectations and standards. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladder. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight.
