Our Customer Service teams have a serious responsibility to make every contact informative, productive, positive, and memorable for what it says about how much we care.

In this position you will be making Outbound calls to Members regarding Health and Wellness programs. You will be creating awareness for these programs, and the goal is to connect these members to the Nursing staff, as well as the Wellness coaches. There will be metrics and Quality standards that need to be met, and they will be established when employment begins. You will also be receiving Inbound calls; These will be Members calling you back regarding the Health and Wellness programs. In some instances, you may need to transfer a misdirected call to the correct area. Other duties, as assigned. 

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Ability to work a shift of 11:30 am - 8:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience.
  • 1+ year of experience in an office setting using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform the job duties.
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Any Call Center experience.
  • Associate's Degree.
