We are seeking a Reporting Supervisor for our Brentwood, TN location.  In this role, you will be managing and optimizing the tactical execution of
Retrospective and Prospective Program and Service offerings. You will be managing the Coder
Resource pool. You will manage the Coder work commitments, production commitments, and
inventory assignments.



 



Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the tactical
    execution of Retrospective and Prospective Program and Service offerings
    through proactive Coder management.
  • Manage and optimize productivity by compiling Coder Production statistics and comparing them against
    benchmarks.
  • Manage and optimize Inventory
    Management by holding Coders accountable to complete assigned work.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of
    Coders and assigned resources.
  • Optimize Revenue Capture Rate
    opportunities by coaching Coders on the Coding Guideline applications.
  • Ensure Coding compliance and
    overcoding avoidance by coaching coders on the Coding Guideline applications.
  • Optimize workflows; Identify gaps in
    processes; Create and implement solutions.
  • Manage specific projects to completion.
  • Implement controls and workflows; Ensure that the proper guardrails are in place.
  • Implement guardrails and practices to
    reduce over-coding.
  • Identify barriers to success; Create
    and implement solutions.
  • Monitor and manage performance to Financial and Operational projections.
  • Perform Capacity planning and
    Resource leveling.
  • Compare productivity to capacity
    plan, Identify variances, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate risk.
  • Provide Inventory and Productivity
    forecasting.
  • Incorporate feedback from Operational, Financial and QA reports to improve performance.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 2+ years of Supervisory experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with Production and Inventory Management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including ability to utilize Pivot tables, formulas, filter, sort, and V-lookups, etc. 
Preferred
Qualifications: 
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Project Management experience.
