Position Summary:
This position assists customers in meeting their short-term financial needs through strong Customer Service. The Loan Processor works each stage of the loan process, from explaining the process to customers, to answering questions about outstanding loans, and also collecting payments. In addition, the Loan Processors are encouraged to attract new customers always articulating the DLC Advantage over it's competitors.
Job Requirements
Skills and Experience Required and Recommended:
* High school diploma or GED.
* Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
* Computer literate and Familiar with basic office equipment.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience in areas such as sales, lending, cash handling and collections is an advantage but not a requirement.
* Spanish bi-lingual a BIG plus.
* Have reliable transportation.
* Satisfactorily pass a background check.
* Must be available to work ANY FULL TIME shift between 9-7 M-F and Saturdays 9-4.
