HR Manager – Mid-South Region Nashville

DPSG currently has the below position open.

Location: Nashville, TN.

Role Mission:
The primary focus of this position includes employee relations, building management capabilities, reporting, and change management. This position reports to the Regional Manager of HR.

Responsibilities:
• Support approximately 300 employees at 7 sites throughout the Mid-South region in the U.S.
• Investigate employee relations and advise managers on employee engagement, development, and conduct
• Develop and implement HR policies and programs to improve operating performance and work environment
• Lead and deliver training initiatives for client group
• Implement corporate HR initiatives and participate in special project teams.
• Work with line managers to complete safety and DOT requirements for client group
• Maintain employee records and prepare monthly reports
• Travel up to 30% of the time within the region

Qualifications

Education & Technical Skills
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• 5 years of HR Generalist experience entailing employee relations, labor relations, business partnering, investigations
• 3 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment
• 3 years’ experience using MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint proficiency)
