In this position, you will be responsible for entering prescriptions into the database and verifying appropriate information. You will contact Pharmacists and Doctor's offices to resolve Claims issues; You will also resolve Customer issues and ensure that accurate information is provided. You will process prescriptions and must constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards while maintaining a good attendance record.  

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Licensed Pharmacy Technician Certification in the State of Florida or the ability to obtain it within 6 months.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Computer skills, to include familiarity with Windows applications, as well as the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications with the proper training. 
  • 1+ year of experience using a telephone and computer simultaneously as the primary instruments to perform the job duties.
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Pharmacy experience.
  • Data Entry experience.
  • Service Center experience.
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
