EQUIPMENT SPECIALIST
The Equipment Specialist provides customers with proper sizing of bowling equipment (ball and shoes) while maintaining cleanliness and organizational standards of equipment throughout the facility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned to ensure we meet our customer service objectives and/or as needed to adjust to business needs.
- Determines appropriate equipment (shoes and bowling ball) for customers based on AMF defined procedures and/or criteria.
- Delivers bowling equipment to lanes.
- Promptly returns all equipment from the lane areas to the equipment room as customers complete their visits.
- Readily assists colleagues with miscellaneous duties to prevent delays in the customer service experience.
- Proactively ensures that a clean, safe environment is maintained at all times.
- Promptly assists and responds to all customer questions or requests by immediately taking ownership of the inquiry and guiding to resolution.
Requirements
- Consistent enthusiasm towards customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, multi-lingual skills a plus.
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
- Basic PC user skills.
- Knowledge of and adherence to workplace safety procedures.
- Proven record of success in school and/or previous job experiences.
